3D ARTIST
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
First pass quality check on delivered assets, requesting additional revisions or adjustments from other team members
-
Ability to implement delivered assets into the game engine after approved
-
Minor Zbrush mesh cleanup or adjustments on delivered assets as requested by the other teams
-
Texturing and material creation of delivered assets for use in game
-
Resolve technical inefficiencies with delivered art assets by giving feedback to the other members or fixing it internally (ie. Poor UV layouts, Poor mesh topology, LOD issues)
-
Write up style guides or tutorials for our internal processes to assist other teams in working with our tools or matching our style / process
-
Communicate clearly between the other teams in terms of writing up feedback or making detailed briefs
-
Flexible and willing to work on several types of assets including character props or weapons, environment props, foliage, architectural pieces, breakables, etc
-
Occasionally creating assets from scratch with provided concept art, low res re-topology, texturing and material creation
-
Able to handle high workload and feedback volume
REQUIREMENTS
-
Strong experience and competence working in Blender or Maya, to create models and materials
-
Proficiency in Zbrush to make sculpting adjustments or sculpt assets from scratch
-
Proficiency in Substance painter to make adjustments on delivered assets if needed
-
Experience working with optimal UV layouts and able to communicate or give feedback on how to improve UV layouts depending on the delivered asset - ability to problem solve complex UV layouts or assets
-
Great aesthetic and artistic eye to constantly improve quality of delivered work by giving feedback or making final adjustments internally
-
Desire to work on many different tasks and work with many people internally or externally
-
Highly organized, self-motivated and able to demonstrate the ability to follow through on tasks
-
Solid understanding of technical and run time aspects of game development, such as texture, shader and polygon optimizations, and how these effect framerates(such as 5th-6th generation game model)

Able to assist or mentor other members on the team in many of the process

Sculpting is a plus

Can show an online portfolio demonstrating high quality full asset creation from scratch, including modeling, texturing and material creation -
Need to know the typology and need to know how to produce low polygon models

GAME DESIGNER
RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive the design vision, while documenting or implement any new features
-
Utilize Unreal Engine to implement designs in various visual and coding languages.
-
Collaborate with team members on big-picture decisions and explore both new and established ideas to deliver exceptional results.
-
Prototype, participate in playtests, offer feedback, and devise practical solutions to challenges.
REQUIREMENTS

Experience in designing game content.

Proficiency in Blueprint or other scripting languages.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to create and maintain documentation.

Understanding of player motivations and various forms of play.

Passion for gaming, with an interest in all types of game genres.
GAMEPLAY PROGRAMMER
RESPONSIBILITIES

Experiment with game design and use rapid prototyping while ensuring that strong architectural and algorithmic decisions are made

SOFTWARE ENGINEER
RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide component and system level designs

REQUIREMENTS

Programming and systems experience in C++

LEVEL DESIGNER
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Creating new PvP levels, PVE levels or single player levels, and actively seeking feedback, and iterating on design changes.
-
Advocating for map goals as a map owner, communicating and interacting with other departments
-
Playtesting the game and participating in feedback conversations with other team members
-
Prioritizing bugs and tasks while working with others.
-
Proposing tool requests or updates within our Level Design documentation
REQUIREMENTS
-
Level design experience with PvP, PVE, and/or Single Player for Third person shooters and platformers
-
Distinct understanding of maps development processes with the aptitude of analyzing maps and making improvements.

Demonstrates experience in building spaces for multiplayer party games
-
Skilled in making abstract level design concepts appealing to others
-
Possess intuitive instinct for the best way to balance Art and Level Design, leaving spaces simultaneously looking great and offering amazing play.

Some knowledgeable about Level Design tools and workflow.

Excellent communication skills and approachable attitude.

Unreal Engine 4 experience(Unreal Engine 5 experience is a plus).

ANIMATOR
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Create animations for the main player character, AI, or cosmetic items using our toolset, as well as in Unreal Engine using our Control Rig toolset.
-
Take animation from initial concept through implementation in Unreal Engine using our animation blueprint system.
-
Refine animations and gameplay feel as needed to get the best quality animation within the time frame
REQUIREMENTS
-
Good instincts for stylized motions.
Familiarity with Unreal Engine 4 (knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 is a plus). -
Some knowledge of modeling, skinning, and rigging.

Experience in Animation for unreal engine such as and rigging, weight painting, Experiencing Modeling and skinning(UV mapping), in Unreal Engine is a plus
ENVIRONMENTAL CONCEPT ARTIST
RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate closely with the team to create many different themes

Support, evaluate, and improve the Art Direction

Coordinate with other team members to help complete deadlines

Create and iterate unique and stunning designs within a determined production schedule

Based on visual direction from the Art team, collaborate on the visual style and ensure our character and environment designs are up to our quality standards

REQUIREMENTS

HARDWARE ENGINEER
RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze and characterize the hardware design against the specification.

Investigate and evaluate key components, inputs, and/or systems within hardware

Participate in technical discussion and collaborate with other team members
REQUIREMENTS

Strong skills for analyzing, debugging, and reworking hardware.

Experience working independently with minimal guidance and experience handling multiple tasks.

Experience with unique video game controls such as dials, knobs, pressure sensitive triggers, and turntables

Experience with wireless commercial products is a plus.

Familiarity with 3D CAD tool and 3D printing mechanical development is a plus.
